Fernandez, Esq. as Staff Attorney/President and Carolyn J. Martinez and Director/Vice President. The Law Office of Consuelo C. Fernandez was the exclusive Miami-Dade Closing Agent for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development from 1990 to 1994. Both Consuelo and Carolyn have over 25 years of experience in real estate transactions.

Consuelo, Carolyn and the staff at C&C Title are experienced and qualified in dealing with various types of transaction, including but not limited to FHA/VA, FNMA/FHLMC Programs, Community Home Buyer Programs (MMAP-HAP) and exposure to all types of first and second mortgage financing on residential and commercial properties.

We have extensive experience in REO transactions, short sale transactions, as well as loan modifications. We were the closing agent vendor for the REO closings for a large bank in 2008-2009, providing excellent service, showing our ability to handle high volume work.
